Come enjoy the trails at Baltimore Woods!

Despite the small footprint, one visit will barely be enough to enjoy all this 270-acre nature center has to offer.”

Go Fingerlakes, Finger Lakes Land Trust

The Baltimore Woods Preserve encompasses 270 acres of forests, fields, wetlands, streams, hills and valleys. There are 7 miles of trails ranging in difficulty from easy to moderate with hills, all open for you to enjoy from dawn to dusk every day of the year. You can choose between flat trails that are wheelchair-accessible to more challenging routes that take you through rolling wooded hills. There is something for everyone to explore at Baltimore Woods!

When you plan your trip to Baltimore Woods, please leave your dogs and pets at home.

The Trail System

The Baltimore Woods site and system of fourteen trails – including the Faust Wildflower Garden and Dee Atkinson Arboretum, are open to the public every day, with no entrance fees. Check out the trail map by clicking the button below to plan your adventure!

You can pick up a paper copy of the map at the outdoor kiosks as well as inside the Interpretive Center (link to the Interpretive Center page). While you're at the kiosk, be sure to sign-in at the trail registers – it helps keep you safe, and helps us keep track of our visitors. This is especially important when it comes to securing funding for Baltimore Woods.
